About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our lovely team. The accountant will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, and excellent analytical skills.
What you'll do?
1. Prepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly consultants, authorities, and professional's payments
2. Processing invoices and meticulously recording all payments made
3. Manage all AP/AR queries, internal and external
4. Accounts email management
5. Providing support and administration for regular tasks
6. Preparation and lodgement of BAS&IAS and Payroll
What we are looking for:
1. At least 2 years experience working in a similar role
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
3. CPA or CA professional qualifications or currently studying towards completion.
4. Experience in Export/Import Wholesale Trade industries is a bonus.
5. Skilled with PCs, accounting software, and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
6. Values-driven and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
7. Rolls up Sleeve” attitude with strong problem-solving skills
