职责：
1. Be familiar with the construction drawings, master the basic contents of the construction specifications, standards and atlas, and strictly implement the company's rules and regulations.
2 . Participate in the compilation of construction organization design and special construction plans and technical measures and supervise their implementation.
3. Responsible for the partial technical disclosure, check and urge the construction team to carry out construction according to the technical disclosure requirements of all levels.
4. Participate in the joint review of drawings, collect and summarize the review opinions of drawings and sort out the joint review records of drawings.
5. Send, receive and register construction drawings, design changes and other technical documents.
6. Participate in the measurement, positioning, wiring, measurement technology review of the project, timely and accurately fill in the relevant technical forms, make good records.
7. Deal with general technical problems in construction, review and deal with drawings and technical problems put forward by labor service companies, and communicate with superior technical departments to solve them. Responsible for making corrective measures for quality problems.
