Administration Support Officer
Administration Support Officer works closely with Services Coordinator for our day-to-day business operation. Working at home and working hours can be flexible.
About the role
An enthusiastic personality that can be themselves and enjoy the time with our team, with the intent to keep them in the long term. The candidate should hold previous administrative experience within a professional corporate environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as patience and basic understanding of home care and nursing agency service.
In this role, you will be accountable for daily administrative tasks that will assist in the technical delivery of documentation for our current and future business. You will have involvement in the onboarding of new staff, new clients, current staff roster and clients management.
What we are looking for
• A high-level attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate or above Microsoft Office skills.
• Motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
• Highly organized
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and hold strong relationships.
• Ability to learn new programs and processes.
• High level of professionalism and dedication.
• Ability to take the initiative and work autonomously.
• Strong time management skills.

Role Responsibilities
Support operation management with using outlook email, google drive and connecteam app, daily jobs include but not limited to:
• Maintain accurate and up to date client and employee records
• Check and ensure all shifts have been properly completed on the previous day, all shifts have been logged in on the current day morning, and ensure all shifts have been accepted by staff for the next day. Call staff if any above shift has not been done properly as per bookings
• Contact each new staff to explain “Operation Safety Practice” and ensure they understand each term before they start their first shifts
• Record any expenditures or charges as per bookings
• Assist monthly employee performance incentive programme
• Daily management handover report updating

To be eligible for this role, all applicants must have legal rights to work and live in Australia on a full-time basis and must have a strong enthusiasm to continue their career within the construction industry as we all do!
