Office Clerk / Accounts – Casual Full Time Position
We are a recycling business based in the Ingleburn Minto.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for non experienced person to join our small busy flexibility family business. Working 5 days per week, this role is assisting working paper work with all staff on demand can handle individual processing the following:
Basic computer skills for emailing, word, excel... Basic Customer Service on phone
Scanning & Filing of Documents/ Invoices
Prepare Exports document
Data entry of sales invoicing/despatch
You will have good written and verbal communication skills with our customers in Asian i.e China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam and be self motivated to achieve timely processing of all information.
Office hours are from 8am to 2pm. Applicants who can start immediately or in July would be preferred.
