现因在黄金海岸的业务增长，诚聘一位Part time 物业管理经理

要求：
Current QLD Property Management License - Priority
Excellent communication skills
Effective working in a team environment but also have the ability to work autonomously
Self-motivated
Initiative & motivated
Outstanding customer service
Excellent time management, organization & problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation skills
Good sense of humor
Current driver's license

工作介绍
每周工作两天 基本在周五和周日 （随着业务的扩展及房源增加，可转full time）
协助物业经理完成短租及长租的日常工作
