公司主要在各商场承接商业店面装修，现诚聘杂工/师傅若干名，加工厂在Bankstown工业区，交通不便有车为荷。

Basalt Studio is seeking an Interior Designer (Concept or CAD) to join our growing design team.
We have a new ground-breaking dining precinct project which is fun, whimsical, and will define a suburb and shape Sydney culture.
Consisting of two main subsets, depending on your experience:
1. Interior Designer (Concept) with a focus on Concept Design and design resolution.
Responsibilities
• Identifying and addressing the client’s needs according to the brief
• Creative and practical design solutions
• Innovative use of material palette
• Design solutions realistic in budget
• Design with AS Standards and BCA/NCC Codes in mind
• Keep up to date with current trends and styles. Should be able to tell what is a new or outdated style
2. Interior Designer (CAD) role does Construction Documentation and Authority Approvals (DA, CC, CDC).
Responsibilities
• Produce Documentation Package for Construction Issue
• Design building services in Reflected Ceiling Plan, Electrical Plan, Hydraulic Plan
• Work with Consultants and Engineers to make compliance amendments to Documentation Package
• Liaise with Council and Certifiers to lodge Approvals (DA, CC, CDC)

Experiences & Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in a design role using either Sketchup or AutoCad
• Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Experience with CDC, DA or CC
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be a strong planner, proactive, organised and able to prioritise and work towards strict deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly changing industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal confidently with our clients, contractors, consultants, engineers and suppliers in a professional manner
• Ability to work autonomously and confidently within our team
• Original and innovative ideas for new projects while working independently within the specified project budget
