Accounting assistant job vacancy

Are you a bookkeeping assistant looking for a new job? We have an opening for a part-time or full-time job in our accounting department.

The hours are flexible, and the position could be offered part-time or full-time. You will be directly responsible to the managing director.



We are looking for a quick learner, but we are a laid-back group, so you will pick up most things as you go. You will be working near the city, but there may be opportunities to work from home.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet reporting

• Day-to-day journal and accrual processing

• Assisting with the reconciliation of the balance sheet

• Budgeting, forecasting, and weekly profit and loss analysis
