Requirement:
- Demonstrable experience in an Admin or PA role, such as traveling booking, meeting arrangement, minutes taking, etc.
- Readiness to be contacted out of office hours.
- Handling confidential matters with discretion.
- A positive “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.
- Holding a full driving licence.
Responsibilities:
- Driving and creating detailed travel itineraries.
- Complex diary management, both business and personal, for the director.
- Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and minute-taking.
- Reading, monitoring, and drafting to email.
- Reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing documents, and correspondence.
- Planning and organising events.
- Improving office systems.
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
- Making accommodation, hotel booking or house rental, for relocated staff.
- Accompany the relocated staff to do medical examinations.
- Management of miscellaneous issues.
- Other supports when necessary.
