We are seeking a values-driven and dedicated Receptionist, reporting to the Office Manager. You will effectively manage the reception area in the front desk.
This role will include but is not limited to:
Manage general administration and clerical activities in the office
Answer telephone and face-to-face
Word processing and email correspondence
Accurately keep up to date data entry records
Monitor visitors to the office as they arrive and leave
Have some understanding of accounts management
The successful application will:
• have excellent interpersonal skills
• be friendly with a professional can-do attitude
• be neat and well presented
• have meticulous attention to detail
• be reliable and self-motivated.
Similar experience is essential.
