This role requires exceptional levels of service to be delivered at all times, as it is the first point of contact for all customer contact as you will be working on the front line.

What we require you to have is a strong customer service background, an enthusiastic nature, and a flair for developing strong relationships.

• The ability to multi-task and prioritise is crucial
• Ability to work autonomously
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Have a positive attitude with the willingness to learn
• Well-developed communication skills – written and verbal
• The ability to contribute and add value to each customer interaction with a positive and professional outlook
• Ability to analyse and solve problems
• Strong organisation skills & customer focused
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Advanced computer literacy
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
