Registered Migration Agent/Migration Lawyer
Location: Sydney CBD
Type: Full Time

CBD. We have an excellent opportunity for a career-focused migration lawyer/migration agent,
who not only understands but enjoys immigration law and practice.
You will work within the migration team under the supervision and with the assistance of other
lawyers/migration agents.
Requirements:
• Must hold current MARA registration;
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• You will be reliable, well-presented and have a ‘can-do’ attitude;
• Be proactive, motivated and hands-on;
• You are accustomed to working in a fast-paced and complex environment;
• Self-driven with excellent time-management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Strong work ethic with the ability to meet working deadlines;
• Highly organised and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently without supervision;
• Experiences in marketing, sales, social media and website management are highly regarded.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian immigration law and regulations;
• Ability to preparing and lodging visa applications, including but not limited to:
o GSM visas including State-Sponsored.
o ENS/RSMS
o TSS visas
o Family Visas
o Student Visas
