工作介绍
Your role will involve:
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing advice to clients on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process issues;
• Selecting a solution that's right for our clients and helping them to attain a nationally recognized qualification using their existing skills and work experience;
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales;
• Improving brand awareness and increasing conversion rate through social media marketing;
• Maintaining a working knowledge of the company's various services, and also Australian educational service industry and relevant sectors;
• Finding new target markets and penetrating them to drive sales;
• Completing administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
Essential qualities we are looking for:
• At least one year's experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing;
• Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients;
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, great customer service skills;
• Fluent in English and one additional language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Korean, Arabic, Indonesian, Malaysian, Lao, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.);
• Patient, self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of each client;
• Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines;
• Well-presented, business-like and keen to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods as the company continues its growth;
• Full work rights (minimum 1 year)
