The opportunity
The Project Manager will join a high-performing and agile team that supports clients in education, build-to-rent, data centres, student accommodation, health, and laboratories.
We are currently seeking a competent Project Manager who thrives in program management's varied and fast-paced nature.
This role provides strong leadership and technical expertise to the client.
Leadership and development
Client relationship management and advisory
Managing external consultants and contractors through the design and construction process to ensure time, budget and quality in line with client expectations
Procurement, contract and financial management
You
A relevant tertiary qualification
Team collaboration is a must.
Knowledge of education, BTR, health or student accommodation sectors preferred
3+ years
Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes and a sound understanding of construction contract administration
High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects
Base build knowledge and experience.
