Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our team on a FULL TIME basis. The basic function of this role is to provide administrative support to all of our service divisions. Some of your responsibilities may include:
• Providing information, either verbally or in writing to a range of clients in accordance with business processes;
• Conduct research by using public sources and compling reports for supervisors and other employees;
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry;
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted;
• Provide general administrative support accross the office as required.
To be successful in this role, you will display the following:
• Be a self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• A great attitude and work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels (English and Mandarin).
• Great customer service skills and for both internal and external customers.
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel.
