Job description:

· Assist with the development and drive the delivery of the asset management plans in Australia and New Zealand
· Manage lease negotiations and ability in evaluating potential acquisition and disposal opportunities in Australia and New Zealand
· Prepare and implement annual asset budgets, forecasts, policies and strategies, and reporting progress to the Manager
· Drive, lead and deliver sustainable and profitable performance of the assets
· Knowledge of industrial, residential development and lease related matters
· Knowledge of intellectual properties such as trademark, patent, domain names etc
· Basic legal knowledge
· Good interpersonal skills and team player
· Excellent written & verbal skills. Mandarin speakers preferred but not essential
· Full work rights in Australia
· Tertiary education or degree holders
