About the role
• Preparation of bank account, Credit card and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Assisting accounting manager in preparation of Business Activity Statements, Sales Performance Report to provide relevant and timely information to the Management Team.
• Preparation of monthly payroll, petty cash, staff expenses reimbursement and banking.
• Record all transaction for Trust, SMSF and other small entities.
• Prepare Trust, SMSF, other small entities BAS, prepare and review company tax return for these entities.
• Prepare monthly rental invoice, payment report and reconciliation for Trust & SMSF.
• ASIC registration and yearly renew review for all updated information. Preparation of intercompany monthly inventory transfer and other charges.
• Assisting Accounting Manager and other team members on ad-Hoc tasks as requested.
• other duties as directed by manager and other senior managers
Skills and experience
• 3 years related accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of organisation's accounting procedures related to work performed
• Good understanding of spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation procedures
• Good administrative and procedural skills
• strong attention to detail
• PR or Citizen only
