Customer Service Representative
Location: Regents Park, Sydney
Job description:
Opportunity to join one of the world's leading eCommerce logistics solution providers,partner with global Top Tier eCommerce Market place. We are currently looking for an ambitious, career-minded candidate to fill our open position-inside Customer Service Representative, reporting to the National Sales Manager and supporting our rapidly-growing 3PL business.
Ability to present our service/ Product to potential customer and manage the startup process after the sale. Customer Service Representative will spend most of their time to contact our potential clients and maintain the existing customers in an effort to grow the business base.
Provides Accounts support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of customer’s requirement in a timely manner. Initiates and implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that a permitted standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained. Coordinates the handling of difficult and unusual situations and escalate to the respective team leader when needed. Responsible for continuous business development with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to sales enquiry, and present our 3PL service.
· Close the sales leads by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, & consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
· Give ongoing support to existing and new clients.
· Consistently identify new sources of business.
· Coordinate internally to respond to customer’s needs and solve their problems.
· System and Process optimization / Improvement
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business or logistics fields, but not necessarily required
· 1-3 years customer service experience,
· Excellent communication, writing skill and presentation in English and Mandarin.
· Valid working visa.
