Job tasks and responsibilities:
* Plan in-house or off-site activities
* Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
* Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
* Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
* Coordinate with all department on all office equipment
* Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development
Skills and experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as an office manager/ office admin
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
* Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
* Autonomous, proactive, responsible, along with a strong work ethic
* out going and open minded personality and comfort with fast-paced environment
* Full Driver license required
